Fall Out Boy Sued Over Llamas

In 2017, Fall Out Boy released their video for “Young and Menace” showcasing some large llama puppets. See below:

Those puppets were created by Furry Puppet Studio Inc. and that company is not happy with FOB’s extended use of them. FOB has used the llamas in live performances, tv appearances, and on merchandise. According to Furry Puppet Studio, Inc., they did not anticipate that the puppets would be used outside of the “Young and Menace” video. They seeking damages and a court order to prevent the band from using the puppets outside of the agreed license.
