Lawrence Police Department Now Part Of A&E Series “Live PD”

If you watch A&E’s show “Live PD” then you probably already knew this. But if not, the Lawrence Police Department is officially part of the series!

The show follows police departments along in real time and features both urban and rural settings.

“Our officers are looking forward to joining their colleagues from around the country on “Live PD”, documenting the activities of law enforcement agencies, along with the “how”, and “why”, police agencies and officers perform their duties,”  Lawrence Chief of Police David Hofmann told WTHR.

The show airs at 9 PM on Friday and Saturday.
